- Silent Sound Entertainment App is controlled and operated by Silent Sound Entertainment Staff
- When a user rents Silent Sound Entertainment headphone(s) Silent Sound Entertainment Staff scans the user’s Credit/Debit Card through our Silent Sound Entertainment App to associate the rented unit(s) to the user’s card.
- The user’s card information will be stored via PayPal
- Silent Sound Entertainment will only charge users for the following:
- Unreturned rented unit(s)
- Damaged unit(s)
- If event requires user to pay for rental of unit(s)
- Silent Sound Entertainment will release user’s stored card information from PayPal after units are returned and/or payment transactions are completed
- Users acknowledge by scanning their Credit/Debit Card through our Silent Sound Entertainment App that Silent Sound Entertainment holds the right to charge for the following reasons:
- Unreturned rented unit(s)
- Damaged unit(s)
- If event requires user to pay for rental of unit(s)
- Silent Sound Entertainment will administer a refund to user(s) that are incorrectly charged. User must prove the charge is incorrect in order to receive refund
- Refunds will take 3-14 business days
